Business Development Manager


  • Must have a basic idea about IT Services like Web Development languages &  frameworks, Ecommerce ​Development Services, and Mobile Application Development.
  •  Proven inside sales experience    
  • Ability to pitch complex solutions in a simple and clear way
  •  Hands-on experience in writing a series of email copies that leads to action
  •  Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills – Impeccable spelling and grammar
  •  Good understanding of SDLC & web/mobile app development frameworks
  •  Familiarity with software development lifecycle stages
  •  Great research, organizational, and learning skills 
  •  Excellent selling skills, probing skills, Negotiating & networking skills 
  •  Proficient in corporate-level presentations
  •  Experience working with CRM and lead management tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Onsite experience and a B1 Visa is good to have



  • Responsible for new client acquisition by developing different sourcing channels apart from traditional ones.
  • To acquire and onboard Enterprise level overseas clients in emerging  technologies
  • To develop long-term strategic relationships with C-Level executives/decision-makers.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Proposal writing & formatting
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories and channels
