Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and create a framework for integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel ABM program primarily targeted to enterprise customers
  • Ideate and execute ABM campaigns on DemandBase / Hubspot to generate sales qualified leads for various geographies
  • Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
  • Design email templates for 1:1 communications personalized to account profile; work with email team to launch emails on time and within expected guidelines
  • Work with creative team, project management, and strategic partners to provide ad assets as needed to execute campaigns within their given drop dates
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions
  • Ensure programmatic execution of personalized campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing tactics to select focus accounts
  • Experiment with A/B testing and use personalization to refine the best hook for prospects
  • Analyze campaign performance and execute improvements
  • Document best practices for demand creation program implementation and identify areas for process or tactical improvement within marketing teams
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target account needs and challenges; build key executive profiles and create engaging content and run targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders


What we look for

Maniacal attention to details

  • At least 3 years experience in account based marketing for B2B enterprise
  • Experience with paid marketing campaigns will be a plus.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Demandbase and Hubspot will be a plus.
  • Excellent personalized email writing skills to suit prospects’ changing needs and demands
  • Good understanding of running and executing email drip campaigns
  • Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research and via social media
  • Data-savvy with exceptional attention to detail and excellent in reporting metrics
  • Keen to be part of a dynamic team with long-term plans to pursue a career in Marketing
